Tourist Harassment After years of planning, delays and disapointments, the Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship Pier welcomed its first cruise ship, the Voyager of the Seas on February 17th 2011. There was a tremendous celebration as locals celebrated what we view as a new dawning in their lives. We have a tremendous opportunity here that we can easily throw away. We have to make extra efforts to protect our guests, prevent harassment and hustling and prove to visitors that Falmouth is a place in Jamaica where people can actually feel free to walk without fear.
