Falmouth Police Station Construction Showing Signs of Progress I have heard it said that in Jamaica we cheer announcements and not achievements. Politicians can easily fool us with their grand speeches of elaborate projects and we celebrate as if the project has been completed. Many years later and several million dollars overruns and the project would still be limping along. That is the case with the new Falmouth Police Station (under construction).
