Cincopa Photo Gallery Test

I have been trying for several hours to find a simple functional plugin for members to add photos and videos to their own pages, not their profiles. I never thought it would be such a struggle, but I have come up with Cincopa, a largely free media storage company that offers free virtual storage of media files as if it was on your own hard drive.
